Return and Refund Policy: 
AUbrush acknowledges and understands that, sometimes, you might need to return your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items sold and delivered within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund with some exceptions as detailed in our return policy below.

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
Please retain your proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, goods must be returned in “as new condition”, in their original packaging and shrink wrapped, un-opened, un-used and un-damaged. Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. 
Change of Mind: 
AUbrush is not lawfully obliged or required to provide a refund if you simply change your mind or find the same product somewhere else. Returns for refund for change of mind can only be requested via email, if granted a refund will be applied, minus shipping fee ($11.95 Australia / $19.95 International) If we do agree to your ‘change of mind’ request, goods must be returned within our 30 day return policy period, all items must be in their original packaging or shrink wrapped, unopened and unused. The goods are required to be returned to Autobrush in original unopened packaging. You will need to ensure packaging on the returned goods is sufficient that they are delivered back to Aubrush in un-damaged condition. Damaged items will not be accepted for a refund. 
You can return an item for a refund or exchange if you: 
• Received a damaged and/or faulty item 
• Received an incorrect item 
Please notify AUbrush at info@autobrush.com.au of your intention to return/exchange or refund items strictly within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please note your receipt and/or tax invoice is required upon return/exchange.

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed and we are not liable for any returned items that are lost in the post.
